Nick Lulli is an award-winning former television news journalist and acclaimed architecture & engineering industry communicator. As the once youngest TV news reporter in America, Nick covered major national events including the Flint Water Crisis in Michigan. Licensed as a real estate sales associate in Florida since 2018, Nick has a passion for helping Floridians - from newcomers to natives - make their next buying/selling move. Nick is a proud homeowner in Royal Trails in Lake County. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Daytona State College. While not working with clients, Nick enjoys biking, hiking, photography, and landscaping projects.
