Hi, I’m Bernie Cipilewski and I live in Lake County on the beautiful Harris Chain of Lakes. I’m originally from PA, where I earned an Associate degree in Electronic Engineering. I started my journey south twenty-four years ago. I stopped in SC, where I owned and managed a convenience store and laundromat for nineteen years before finding my current home in the wonderful state of Florida. Here, I own and manage a small waterfront RV community with my husband. I’ve grown to love this area and exploring all it has to offer. I would love to help you find “your” dream home as well.
